Free Demand Processing
Allows the clients or the agency to send a demand for payment notice prior to the active collection process.
Pre Collection Processing
The Agency sends a two or three demand letter series. These claims may either be transferred into active collections, or closed upon completion of the series.
Small Balance, or Automatic Letter Processing
An automatic letter series may be set up, and claims automatically followed up without collector intervention. At the end of the series, the claims may either close, or transfer to regular collector handling.
Routine Collector Processing
The collector is prompted to work claims by follow up date. As claims are worked the collector may:
- Order letters.
- Enter activity comments.
- Fax or E-Mail comments to the client or the attorney.
- Follow up the claim for the next prompting.
- Claims may be forwarded to an attorney, or another agency.
- Claim comment and payment history may either be viewed or printed
- A text processing program is included that allows the user to create their own letters.
- Optionally, Interest may be charged on the claims.
- Automated Placements If the client can create a placement file on magnetic media, it can be loaded into the system.
Client Remote Access
Clients can inquire on Interest claims, send a message to the agency, report direct payments, and submit claims for placement using their own P/C over the internet.
Status Reporting
Multiple Status Reporting Options for Clients:
- Complete activity worksheets
- Summary Activity Report showing the current month's activity, or optionally, the last activity.
- A listing of open claims, and status.
- Listing of open and closed claims, between selected dates.
- Clients can view, at any time, the status of accounts using the internet

- Stale Date listings by collector.
- List of closing claims by collector.
- Collection Client Ranking Reports.
- New Business by client between selected dates.
- Listings or displays of open and/or closed claims by client.

Additional Features
- Send "Thank You" to client for the 1st claim of the month.
- Generate letters to top ranked clients.
- Assign clients and/or claims to salespeople, and track placements and fees.
- A sales tracking package is available to log client, and prospective client contacts.
- Prior client analysis reports may be run to target sales calls.
Trust Accounting
As payments are entered, the computer calculates the fees due the agency, and the attorney(if applicable). If necessary, the operator may override the computer's calculations.
- Daily and monthly recaps of collections are printed.
- If desired, a notice is printed to send the client of payment received.
- If the client is paid, an invoice is prepared.
- Check are produced for amounts due clients, and fees due attorneys.
- Multiple fees schedules may be set up. Additionally, sliding scales may be used!
- A settlement statement, instead of individual checks, may be produced for large users.
