Credit Reports may be Searched by

Revised and Updated Reports
If the information on the report is out of date, or no report exsists, the report can be 'revised' to produce and updated credit report for the client. The revision process consists of:
- Updating exsisting information on the report.
- 'Preliminary' reports may be sent to the client as the revision process proceeds.
- If necessary, obtaining references from the client or the subject.
- Monitoring the status of the revision process.
- Releasing the Subject and issuing a final updated report to the client.
Supplemental information
- As trade data is keyed, or automated trade information is processed, the computer counts the lines entered for each operator, and prints a recap of time logged on and information entered.
- Total Trade or bank lines contributed by clients and references.
- Detail of the Subjects reported on by the clients and references.
- A daily usage summary may be printed showing reports ordered by the client.
Additional Features
Trade and bank information can be contributed by the clients in either magnetic media, by submitting accounts receivable aging, or electronically.
Automated contributors can be entered, and monitored.
Remote Access - The clients can access the credit reporting data base using their own P/C's on the internet.
Recently updated credit reports can be listed, and sent to clients for ordering of reports.
Clients may subscribe to an account monitoring system, which alerts them if derogatory information appears on the subject they have reported or inquired on.
The Client's may have 'contracts' set up, and as reports are ordered, usage is deducted from their contract. At month end, usage reports, with current contract balances, are printed.
