If a Subject is selected, the Name and Address are Displayed.

The User has the option to enter the following:
  • Check "No Experience" If you do not have any previous experience.
  • The year the account was opened
  • The month and year of the last sale,
  • Terms of sale
  • High Credit
  • Total Amount Owing
  • Aged accounts receivable, which must add to within $5 of the total owing.
  • Whether the customer pays within terms.
  • Whether the customer takes discounts.
  • Any comments about the account
