Two Types of Group Processing May be Done

'Book of Report' Groups:
  • Group Members submit subjects to be included in the book.
  • Inquiry sheets are sent to the members to gather information.
  • The Information is entered into the system.
  • The Group Book, or discussion list, is produced.

'Past Due Book' Groups:
  • The Group members submit past due information to appear in the book.
  • The book is printed, with past due information.
  • A 'reply list' is produced for each member, for the next submission.

If the member contributes automatically, the automated data may be used in place of the manual submission.

The text processing system may be used to produce the name submission list, and group reminder notices.
